About me

I grew up thinking that I needed to follow a traditional path to succeed- earn a business degree and build a career. I started working in New York City and quickly realized I felt disconnected. This realization started me on my journey, moving to the West Coast in search of something that could reconnect me with my true passions. After moving, I started riding again, working in horse training and wrangling, but still something was missing- until I found equine assisted learning. Equine assisted learning combined my passion for horses, my desire for a deeper connection to something bigger and my drive to help others. Throughout my life looking to horses as guides continually led me to the answers I’d been seeking. After navigating my own career changes I became motivated me to help others align with their true passions and authentic selves.

The goal of equine assisted coaching is to help pinpoint what might be blocking us from living a more aligned life. Horses are the guides to improving our awareness and grounding in the present moment.

My Services

1-on-1 Equine-Assisted Shadow Work Sessions
Private 60-minute session in Malibu with Olivia as the facilitator and 4 horses. Sessions are designed to help you uncover the root of emotional patterns, blocks, and limiting beliefs through guided facilitation with horses. Horses naturally mirror human emotions and energy, offering feedback that brings deeper self-awareness. Sessions may include grounding exercises, guided questioning, emotional processing, horse observation, and hands-on connection with the horses to help reframe patterns.

Public Group Monthly Workshops (2-6 participants)

Manifestation & Mindfulness with Horses // Somatic Regulation with Horses
1.5 session in Malibu open to the public. This workshop will be focused on goal setting and manifestation - uncovering what might be blocking us. We will complete a journaling exercise, ground in the present moment with the horses and nature, complete a group exercise, and a final reflection. Through hands on exercises with the horses we dive into what is going on inside - observing patterns and emotions. Oftentimes the session offers an overarching insight for the group. Session is un-mounted.
